I'll try to keep it simple. I am a philomath who has had multiple careers that have led me here. Life has thrown me several curve balls and opened a series of intriguing doors, but I'm grateful for each and every one of them.
I've launched award winning products as an international tech exec, named Digital Transformation Leader of the Year (2022), published academically and in fiction, competed on the world championship stage as an award-winning IFBB athlete and am the creator of COREM (a linguistic mash up of SCORPIO + GEMINI).
Through COREM, my creative brand, I exhibit and sell mixed material art and host COREM FORUMS - talks and art events that combine mindfulness and self discovery with creative expression.

I'm a Gemini. Curiosity, versatility and adaptability form my lens on life.
If you think there's only one voice in your head, you're wrong. It took me a while to realise that my thoughts are accompanied by those of influential figures in my life. We spend a lifetime learning... and then learning to unlearn much of what we've learned.
The natural world is rife with examples of returning back to where we came from. I've heard it said that the truest version of ourself is the child within.
As a child I loved the feeling of cold, dewy grass between my toes, the sound of the wind rushing through the cypress trees in our back garden and dancing like a wild creature that could care less about what anybody else thought. I loved making art that communicated more than words ever could. And I loved spotting patterns and solving puzzles.
The latter, however, proved to be the most lucrative of my passions and resulted in a career that I am infinitely grateful for. But the others... well, they had a way of finding me once again.
Recent history has provided a set of boxes from which we've been expected to choose. It's suggested that art is separate from science, and the body is separate from the mind. But more than ever, we're coming to find that the colour palette on life is far more complex than RGB... and that colouring outside of the lines can give birth to innovation, healing, wholeness and joy.
